We don’t pick up in Houston yet, so the first leg is yours: boxes go to our Atlanta warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, and barrels or heavy goods go by freight carrier or in person. From there we handle consolidation, export documentation, air or ocean freight, and Ghana customs clearance.
Your cargo can still go door to door in Ghana: once it reaches our warehouse, we deliver it to your recipient's door.

Not yet. Pickup is metro Atlanta only for now. From Greater Houston, ship boxes to our Atlanta warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, addressed to Volta Haul Shipping Co., c/o your name. Send barrels and heavy goods by freight carrier, or drop them off at our Atlanta warehouse, or at our Savannah warehouse by appointment.
Get your barrels or heavy goods to our Atlanta warehouse, by freight carrier or in person. We consolidate them there for ocean export to Tema Port, about 28–35 days from cutoff, customs-cleared in Ghana. Moving heavy cargo to Atlanta has its own cost, so for a few boxes air freight is often the simpler choice. Get an estimate for both.
Yes, if it runs and has no exterior damage: it can ship roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) from the RoRo port nearest you, and we handle the booking and paperwork. To ship a car inside a container, it has to be delivered to our Atlanta warehouse first. Send us the make, model and year for a quote.
Yes. Ocean freight arrives at Tema Port and air at Kotoka Airport in Accra. From there, recipients can arrange onward transport to Kumasi, Tamale, Cape Coast, or anywhere in Ghana.
