Yes — door-to-door is an add-on service. When you book, you choose your freight method (ocean or air) and add pickup and/or last-mile delivery. You can have pickup in the US without last-mile delivery in Ghana, or vice versa.
Yes, someone needs to be present to hand over the shipment and sign the pickup receipt. If you cannot be present, you can arrange for another adult to be there. Give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
