We ship ocean freight every week. Each container closes on Saturday, heads to the port on Monday, and sails that Thursday. Pick the week that works for you.

Ready dates allow about 30 days on the water and up to a week to clear customs at Tema. Sea freight can run early or late; we tell customers to plan on 6 weeks door to door.
No time during the week? We come to you on Saturdays and Sundays. Pack it, and we handle the rest.
Saturday pickups make that week’s container. Sunday pickups go on the next Saturday’s. Slots are limited, so book early.

The Oct 31 container goes to the port on Nov 2 and sails Nov 5. It spends about 30 days on the water and up to a week clearing customs, so it should be ready by about Dec 12. We chose this date on purpose to leave about two weeks of slack before Christmas for weather or port delays. Shipping by sea is never guaranteed to the day, which is why we do not promise Christmas for later containers.
A container still closes every Saturday, so you can ship any week. Containers after October 31 are expected to land after Christmas, in time for the new year. If something has to be there for Christmas after the cutoff, ask us about air freight, which takes 7–10 business days.
Yes. We pick up on Saturdays and Sundays. A Sunday pickup goes on the following Saturday’s container, so for Christmas the last pickups are the weekend of October 24–25 or Saturday, October 31. Weekend slots are limited, so book early. You can also drop off at our Atlanta warehouse, or at our Savannah warehouse by appointment.
Cargo has to be paid in full before it can be loaded. To make the Christmas container, finish payment by Saturday, October 31.
Yes. Every shipment gets a tracking number, and we email you when it leaves the US, arrives at Tema, and clears customs.
